Eggs ordered over medium w/ whites done came back raw.,reordered, raw again. Hash browns taste like cleaning liquid which after... watching waitress who used a ton of perfume washing tables then washing silverware with same rag, probably not the way it shouldbe done. Not that this matters to the food but the windows look like it?s been years since cleaning, SIL is covered with deadbugs. If you are a waitress, customers want to smell the food not the old lady in a can perfume. The 2 stars were because Nianiour waitress was kind. Its sad I have to give this place a star just to leave a review. So I get here a little after 11pm. Sat here for a solid 8... minutes and 17 seconds before I was noticed. There is and was only a group of drunks which was a total of only 3 ppl so noexcuse why I wasn't waited on. After sitting here and then ordered another 20+ minutes went by just to cook a chicken melt andhas browns. I will never return to this place after hours. ???????? Read more
Worst customer service! Full of old, racist white women servers who walked past my 1 year old niece and I, for 10 mins before... going and greeting a white couple who had just sat down. I obviously left before continuing to be blatantly disrespected. Read more
I live near this Waffle House and have come here for years due to convenience. With that said, it feels that it is falling... downhill. Don?t consider trying to make phone orders, they don?t answer and they have stated issues with their phone for MONTHS(doesn?t look like they intend to fix). So I pull up around 330an..in need of a sausage sandwich with cheese... only to find they were closed. The lady came outside... and informed myself and another customer.. After noticing we were a little disappointed she took my order.!!!! This may seemsmall, but what I know is when it's time to clock off I'm ready to GO. she went above and beyond to accommodate us..and shedidn't do it like we got on her nerves .. she was pleased to do it. We visited this establishment after a graduation ceremony for my niece. It was late (1115pm) but we didn't expect to have to... wait so long for our to go order. But then again, there were only 2 people working there at the time (1 person cooking and 1person taking orders & serving diners). We didn't leave with our to-go order until after midnight.
