We have been going there 10 years. They now decided to CUT back 1/2 on all the toppings. I thought it was just an error, so I... went back again and they told me that they ARE cutting back toppings. Also, they took their dining area out, we always wouldorder our pizza, then eat it fresh from the oven there. No need to go back there again!!! Very unhappy. Read more

Gross. Kids wearing street clothes, handling $, making pizzas & playing on their phones & with their hair ... no handwashing or... gloves in between. Guy on cut table wearing sunglasses & messing with earbuds. Didn't even pretend to care at all. Papa John'sno longer has ANY standards. Read more
I had to cancel my last order here... I called after an hour and a half went by (my pizza was baked in the first 10 minutes of... waiting according to their tracker ap) and told them I didn't want a pizza cooked an hour ago. The lady on the phone was nicebut it sucks that they can get the food delivered as promised. Read more

Delivery driver took a shortcut through my backyard today. I have children and animals. Called mgr and he completely denied that... they even deliver in my area. They definitely deliver in my area at Villa Rica Road and Irwin road. He said it couldn't be thembecause all 3 of his delivery drivers were in the store. This happened at approximately 5pm 12/2/22. Whoever this manager is wascompletely lying and unapologetic. Absolutely unacceptable. Read more
