I went to this Martin's location and was treated so RUDE!!!! In the morning when they are supposed to be open at 5am they are... not! I pulled to the drive thru bc the window was open and the manager came up slammed the window shut no explanation ofanything. I called back later to complain and he explained to me that they were short staffed and no food was ready. On anotheroccasion I pulled up went inside and they asked me how did I get into the store, they asked me to leave bc no food was ready!!Never going back!!!! Read more

Im not sure what exactly is going on. It used to be great and i love the guy manager here, i know hes trying. But one morning i... was givin the wrong order and then its a guess as to when they are open as the last give times ive been there in the morning,about 5:45am, they wont answer the intercom and then so i pull around thinking maybe theyd see me but no so i called thismorning and was given the excuse they just had a big order but they did in fact open at 5:30. So i guess after a big order theywont take anyone elses? Then the quality of chicken they get has went down hill and stayed there. Used to be about 80% goodenough to eat the whole chicken biscuit but now, now its 10% that you get a good enough piece to eat the whole biscuit so iguess i will try Kennesaw more when ever i do go because the one in marietta is just as bad about service. If you're in the mood for some good ol' southern cooking, Martins is the place to go. The food is mouth-watering and reasonably... priced, but be prepared to wait in line. The staff is friendly and efficient, but the line moves slowly. All in all, the food isworth the wait. Read more

Store extremely busy for lunch. Went inside to place several take out orders. After waiting in line for almost 10 minutes,... order was placed with some difficulty. Waited 15-20 minutes for food and asked about the status. Was questioned very rudely bya manager about whether or not we had our food. I went to this location and I got the Ribeye steak sandwich combo and opted to get their onion rings instead of their fries. I... normally have only gone to the one by Canton road. I won?t go back to this Powder Springs location again. They barely had anyonion rings in the bag and I ordered a large and they were fried for way too long. I never had it where it was this salty.Someone who made the frozen batch must had accidentally dumped way too much salt. Or if they?re made from scratch at the storethe person in the kitchen may had accidentally dumped way too much salt on the batter. I remember the onions being big in sizesbut these were smaller and were overly fried. I see they have a score of 72 in cleanliness on their drive through and theyshould get 56 in cooking. Read more

I stopped at the Martin's restaurant on Wednesday 7/13 for a biscuit and hashbrowns and a coke at 9:30am. The hashbrowns were... so greasy that the potatoes inside the hashbrowns was brown and the grease was dripping from the wrapper and they were cold.They didn't even have ketchup for the hashbrowns. I stopped because every other Martin's was top notch. Corporate needs tovisit this store as a customer to see just how bad it truly is. Read more
