Food was good once I got it. Was told to pull forward in the drive thru and waited over 30mins for a 12 piece and sides as I... watched 7 cars pull off around me. Also watched several employees stare at me, walk past my car, and even sit down to eat. After losing my patience and thinking our chicken surly has to be done by now, I walk inside to have the girl at the counter askme if I was ready to order. Once I explained what was going on she proceeded to pack my order (which all food items were cookedand ready to serve), so when I asked what the hold up was and why I just spent $40 and over 30mins of my time I was told, "mybad, we must have forgot". So when I asked if there would be a discount or a free cookie, I was told she couldn't make thosedecisions and the manager was out. I ordered and was asked to pull forward to wait for one small order of fries. I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes and watched 5... cars receive their order readily at the window. A young man walks out and asks me if I'm waiting on an order. I told him yes,and he went back inside. He came back outside to ask me what I ordered. He went back inside. I walk in behind him to find anasty kitchen and four young men looking lost! Someone finally came forward to speak to me..and asked me "what's up". Iannounced that I had been waiting for 20 minutes and saw several people get there order. He then said he didn't know and lookedaround like he was lost. The 3 other young men were acting like I wasn't there and proceeded to move around the filthy kitchen.The young man that said " what's up" said something to his co -worker, asked me what my order was AGAIN and then his co-workerplaces my food in front of me. Absolutely DISGUSTING! This place obviously is lazy and giving zero attention to the food they prepare. Who doesnt see this mold... on a sandwich before preparing it!? This is the second time something has happened at this location. Last time went through thedrive thru, my daughter ordered a chicken little we got home she starting eating and chewing next thing i know shes gagging andshe spit her food out. We found a white square tie (like those to tie up hamburger bread bags) in her sandwich!!!! I was likeokay whatever i let it go. I didnt even take a picture because well ya know, this time my son ordered a chicken little got homeand same thing as he took a bite he saw green mold good thing i was right in front of him i told him to spit it out! Packed upall our order and returned it back, i wasnt going to let this slide had he not paid attention my kids could have gotten reallysick, because of their negligence!! The chicken is always good, but I wished they would keep it stocked/cooked and ready throughout the day. I shouldn't have to... settle for what you have instead of what I want. Still all in all it's a good place to eat. Read more
First of all let's start with I'm allergic to pickles... So mean liking KFC and wanting to treat others to KFC, I decided to... order doordash. I ordered the Jack Harlow Mill and ordered some popcorn chicken mashed potatoes and if I'm not mistaken therewas supposed to be a drink with the Jack Harlow combo I swore my ticket says lemonade. So me working in a restaurant field Isaid let me check to see if they put no pickles because I requested no pickles because I'm allergic to pickles and sure enoughthere's pickles on my chicken sandwich not just two but five pieces of pickles, fries was cold it was as if the mac and cheesewasn't mixed and I got a small container of gravy for a big bowl of mashed potatoes. As in the for a restaurant this issue isnot only a doordash issue this is a restaurant issue you guys forgot items and gave me smaller items by the way I don't have mybarbecue sauce all my honey mustard or the ranch.
