Three times we have tried to order online to have something delivered from this store. All three times the orders have been... canceled. The latest time, the store literally told the delivery service that they "had no donuts". A donut store that has nodonuts. (???) We now know the reason that none of our neighbors go to this store anymore. We won't be making any more attempts. Read more
Went to this location during lunch hour they were out of 3 types of doughnuts that I asked for. They were also cleaning the... machine and I was unable to get an iced latte. The girl at the window was very unapologetic and was kinda sarcastic like ohwell! She didn't even bother to say "ma'am if you would like to wait I'll be happy to throw in a doughnut or take 10% off ofyour total"...Just no decent Customer Service at all, no wonder there were no other cars there. I should've known especiallyduring the time of day. I'm glad they were cleaning the machine but lunch time is pretty busy for most DD locations. This is the worst DD I have ever been to !! Please do not start your morning in this place it will ruin your day , I stay close... to this location gave them so many chances and they manage to always get my order wrong the service sucks they are alway out ofeverything to the point I told them once just tell me what you have please because every time I order something they will say weare out , they always give you someone else's coffee or if I order 3 sandwiches they will always not add one , luckly I foundanother location in Hiram I will stop coming to this horrible coffee shop . 1st I waited 20 plus minutes in line with only 3 cars in front then when I got my coffee I ordered cream and caramel and it... tasted beyond burnt, old, and had no Caramel. I've managed a dd before, they clearly do not change out the coffee as often assupposed to or make it properly which is disappointing! I really am super tired and that coffee was game changer I was nearwhere I am getting my car fixed so I have no car now and work for next 8 hrs and no coffee I'm very upset ???? do better dd!! I have been going to this location for a while and at first it was fine. Now every single time I go my total is different. I get... the same order every visit. Also check your receipts!!! I have had them add oatmilk or cold foam without me asking to make mytotal go up! I never get donuts at this location either. They typically are always out even when I tried at 11:30ish in themorning or any time in the afternoon. I?ve been recently a couple of times and they ran out of iced coffee. It?s more of ahassle to come to this location so I will be driving further for now on to get what I came for. Read more
Horrible experience again!!! Everytime we order food from here it's a horrible experience. My kids and wife love the... coffee/iced coffees, but the food order service need to be revamped, they are slow and you can tell disorganized. I placed myorder at 10:23 am., the drive thru line was full but there was no one on the store, half of my drink order came right up. At1045 my order still had not been finished.. Then, at 10:48 the manager handed me a bag of food, I checked to see of all myfood items were there and there was missing food.. I asked for a refund and the manager starts an augue with me about them beingshort staffed.. There were literally 9 people working behind the counter. I finally left the store at 10:56 am. with my competedorder, I got home to feed my family and the food was cold. Everytime I go to this store the experience is not pleasant. Themanager would have rather given me an excuse of being short staffed instead of apologizing and completing my order in afashionable time. This place is ridiculous!!!! Read more
Busy mornings. Not always the best variety of donuts. Seem to be out of the ones I like. Don't sell the Bavarian filled donut... anymore so sometimes I have to go to another location. But not before I get my Pumpkin Spice Latter. Yummy yumm Read more
