As a lifelong customer of the Habit since the early '70's I've come to expect a certain quality and taste when I visit The... Habit. I was recently disappointed when dining at a Habit franchise in LA. While visiting Poway I decided to give The Habitanother try. I was pleased to find this franchise adhering to the original methods. This is the worst Habit I've been to. I've been to the original one is SB. The staff are not particular friendly. I am least... impressed with the food. The timing of cooking your fries is always off. Once your main course is prepared the sides are cold.At this location their burgers are sort of soggy. I've eaten here over 5 times now and the food is sub par. Bummer since I wasoriginally stoked when I heard they were opening. Read more

Absolutely wonderful and appreciative employees! We came in right before closing as they were cleaning ( very clean by the way).... We had just left the Brigantine which gave us very bad service. The employees here gave us outstanding service and were verykind! Thank you!!! Read more

Ordered online and set the pickup time to 6:20, during the dinner rush. I arrived a couple minutes early and I was pleased to... find that my food had not just been sitting there, but was made fresh and hit the table at exactly 6:20. I noticed a minormistake on my order and brought it up to the FOH employee Sara, a tall, beautiful lady, who insisted to make me a new one. TheBOH made it a priority and Sara hand-delivered it to my table within minutes. It was a great experience and value for my money. Read more
