Easy on-line ordering, super fast preparation and delivery, and really friendly delivery driver, even though my dog was going... nuts (he is friendly, but appears aggressive). The pizza was hot, ooey and gooey, and tasted so dang good. There really isnothing like Round Table. Read more

My daughter and I stopped for lunch today. The place was not busy, just the two of us. We ordered a small pizza and drinks. ... While he taking our order, the young man behind the counter SNEEZED INTO HIS HANDS THREE TIMES. Then he got our cups. I walkedback to him and asked him to please wash his hands. (I saw that his nose was runny!) He left from behind the counter to I assume wash his hands. He was not wearing a mask or gloves at any time. I was totally appalled. Daughter is a registered nurse and couldn't believe what she saw. In addition to that we had to look for a table that had been wiped. One long table stillhad the dirty dishes and glasses on it with a trash can against the table. All the items on our table - salt, pepper, cheeseand pepper - containers were visibly greasy. Young guy there, was so worried about his hair. We counted him running his hands through his hair a dozen times before food was... served. Beer bar was ok, 2 of them ran out tried to charge me for foam. They need the beer colder, maybe add cold glasses to thebar. Pizza 20 to 30 bucks, seemed a little costly. It was good pizza. Read more
****manager called me back the next day and apologized, he redid my order for free added 3 stars for the apology*** Went here... yesterday and food was excellent staff was great. Went here today , placed order same as yesterday online . Two minutes afterplacing the order the store manager called me telling me that I cannot substitute tomatoes and onions for bacon ( even though itwas done yesterday.) " Whoever did that was not supposed to do that but i can charge you extra if you want bacon" I agreed andhung up. I ordered cinnamon twist, flatbread pizza and the toasted meats sandwich. The cinnamon twist in the picture wereterribly done, the dough did not look like it rised, you can tell it was still doughy. Compared to yesterday picture with thesandwich. The sandwich today I received was not made the same as it was yesterday. Instead of being an actual sandwich as seenin the picture, it was made like garlic bread and each individual meat on a different piece of garlic bread. I asked the managerwhy does this not look like a sandwich as the menu picture and he said very rudely "idk what you ordered yesterday but it wasnot made correctly, I will not remake the sandwich the way you want it there's a instructions how to make it and it's like thatfor a reason." Manger proceeded to bring me the employee visual directions to me to prove to me that , the way the sandwichmade yesterday was done incorrectly. In my opinion that was completely unnecessary, and unprofessional. He entire tone was nastyas well. Do not eat at this place if the store manager is on duty. He is nasty, does not care about customer service and yellsat his employees that they are too scared to say anything. Pizza was good but the restaurant was very messy and the Stella beer from the beer bar was terrible, it tasted rancid. Lastly, a... girl came in for an interview and after about 20 minutes she had to go to the counter to remind them she was there and then theyconducted the actual interview right there, in public view!
