This Cold stone not only gave me super melted ice cream and didn?t taste like the flavor but also proceeded to ask for our... medical information just so that we didn?t have to wear masks. I am very disappointed and probably will never visit a cold stoneagain. That is totally against hippa laws to ask to see my medical information. Read more
I have been a customer of this location since it first opened 10+ years ago. I have never had a bad experience, everyone is... always so friendly and accommodating. The ice cream is delicious. The only thing I miss is having the outside tables andchairs which were taken away a year or so ago when Target expanded. Read more

Definitely not a "have it your way" type place. I've had some amazing ice cream drinks in Seal Beach, La Habra, Whittier, but... they are not allowed to sway from the menu here. If you want any of their "usuals," I imagine that they are great! Read more
