I wish the Kitchen Table was open for dinner every night! It is our favorite place to have dinner in Pound Ridge. The food,... the vibe, seeing friends walk by...it's always the best experience. This is a small but nice place to stop in for breakfast or lunch. There is another evening during the week where it opens for... dinner and serves beer and wine but I've never been there for that. The menu is simple but tasty and serves locally producedfoods. When you go in at breakfast time, make sure to have some hot buttered toast with the jam. That's a treat, and youprobably already know that you can't say that about most places. There's take out and service at the table. I found the serversto be a little indifferent and young. I came in for the first time after it just opened, and stood by the counter waiting for atakeout coffee for 15 minutes before someone took my order. That hasn't happened the other times I was there. If you have alarge group of people, ask first, because seating is limited. Read more
The food is fresh and delicious. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because they charged me for a refill of my iced coffee... without telling me there would be a charge, and the quinoa salad had too many dried cranberries for my taste. Otherwise, it wasgood. Read more
No place better than this for avocado toast! Love the friendly welcome and great service. The food is fresh and coffee is... delicious. Plus they have the works of local artists on display which gives this great connection to the community. Pound Ridgeis lucky to have this little gem! Read more
