Let's start off with This Taco bell takes forever. Like Drive-thru takes for ever and sometimes or everytime they forget stuff... in our order. I worked Fast food for many years and the most important thing was getting are drive-thru clear and moving notwaiting for ever in the drive-thru I get threw other Taco bells drive-thru fast it's just the poulsbo Taco bell Drive-thru. Soif the GM or district manager seeing this you need some work on getting your drive-thru going fast and not slow speed. My momhas had multiple problems with orders and sometime customers service. So needs work. No reason to be in drive-thru for 10minutes because there's no speed in the drive-thru. Sorry but it's the truth thank you and I hope stuff start to change.. but Istill come here when coming home from the casino but it always takes forever to get threw the Drive-thru. 40 minutes to get your order to go is absurd. What's worse is when you finally get your dinner and after paying for... modifications such as black beans instead of steak your order not even close to being what you paid for. Haven't been to the bell in over 20 years don't think I'll be back. Had a Supreme taco. Seems like Supreme would mean it's... larger than a regular taco. Mine looked like a regular taco in size and content. There were no employees to talk to. Order froma kiosk. No napkins in holders. No employees to talk to. Read more

I got home and found a taco was missing from my order and the only option I was offered by the staff when I called was to drive... back and pick up either a taco or a refund for the missing taco. I wasted more money on gas than the taco costs. Why couldn'tthey refund the cost of the missing taco to my credit card? They could have made me feel better about the situation by offeringanything in addition to make up for their mistake and all my wasted time spent driving around to correct their error, but I gotnothing. Slow service bad customer service and soggy food. I understand there is work shortage but still you give them $15 an hr and the... service sucks...... I couldn't make 2 separate orders because either he didn't know how or didn't wanna you decide. So I got myorder and brought my kids to McDonald's and was hot and fast. Read more

The food isn?t the issue. I don?t think this is a Door Dash issue. This is a location issue. Every time we order something they... ALWAYS screw up the order and leave out items. Usually a drink. This time it was an entire Crunchwrap. Our receipt/order clearlystates that there were two Crunchwraps ordered. Only one showed up. How is it that hard to read the entire order and place allitems in the bag. It isn?t. This location will mess up your order about 80% of the time and that is generous. Great place to get drive-in fast "Mexican Food". Thankful for the people who are willing to work for a living. The inside dining... was closed because they were short staff and apologized for the wait, however, none of us got out of line! Very friendlyemployees and food was hot and fresh. Read more
