food safety knowledge is severely lacking and a huge danger. the employee touched the register in the middle of making my sub... and didn?t wash her hands before replacing only one of her gloves, she touched the inner parchment paper that touches thesandwich with her bare hand that she touched the cash register with. when i called her out for her gross hygiene she got rudeand tried to say that it wasn?t standard to wash hands after touching the register. she seems miss informed. The web site says they're open. The gate is open, indicating that they're open. However, when I approve the counter and said... hello to the employee, I didn't recieve any hello back or anything. All I got was a "we're closed right now." I thanked himbefore I walked away. Other than that one sentence, he didn't say a word, not even a single common courtesy. Read more

Probably the worst experience I?ve had their. This guy name Andrew I think his name was. Was very rude to the other girl working... there. A few customers in front of me even had to say something to them. After all of that, a man came up and told them aboutthe fans the guy working just showed very poor customer service. I have gone here many times and they are the most haphazard sandwich 'artists' of all the locations I have visited. The staff is... friendly and all, but my sandwiches are always a disaster. My wraps are not even closed! I go to Walmart for most my shoppingand subway is delicious that I'm very disappointed that the convenience of the location is hindered by the unprofessional mannerin which these people do their job. *and I've never gotten my sandwiches with a long line or any reason for them to be flusteredor in a hurry* Read more

Employee didn't wear gloves. Only got half a scoop of tuna because they didn't know how to make more. Bread was doughy. Didn't... even eat the sandwich I bought. Kinda felt sorry for the worker said if I decide I don't want to buy my sandwich for the sameprice as getting all the tuna he will get in trouble. And they are out of everything. I came in earlier this evening and Sean took my order. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with at a subway... location! He couldn?t understand the most simplest order and his customer service skills need to improve tremendously. I hopethese managers or store owner reads this so they know what type of employees are working at this establishment. Read more

Came here last week and ask for the steak & cheese footling on honey oat bread. They were out of Steak and Out of Honey Oat... Bread. Ok it happen. Came back a week later 1/17/16, still no steak and when I saw that I didn't even bother asking for HoneyOat Bread. Service is slow as well and not mention when I ordered a tuna sandwich she almost made me a Meat Marinara. Read more

First thing first the place is filthy. Typically the workers are friendly but sometimes too much. As I sit here right now and... wait to order the employee has been talking to the customers right before me for about fifteen minutes now. The last time I wasin here I think it was "Brian" helping us, cool guy and very friendly, but the point of sale system went down and there wasnobody there to help him so we had to pull up chairs to the counter just to wait to pay for our food, which took about 30minutes. Always unprepared, how can you tell me you're low on bread for a sandwich shop. Even the employees talk garbage aboutthis place. What an embarrassment. Management must be non existent here because it's embarrassing they even have a businesslicense. One star is one too many. Read more
