The food was exceptional, including the boba tea. Great service and a quiet atmosphere.

I will likely dine here again, as this last visit was not my first time dining at this establishment, and my fiancée and... parents seem to generally enjoy it. Unfortunately, I have yet to find *my dish* that I cannot wait to order again, nor justsomething on the menu that is always tasty to me(other than the steamed gyoza, which are *delicious*!, but I feel embarrassedalways making a meal of *JUST* gyoza..! :^D ) Additionally, the service here last visit was a bit lackluster and they forgot tobring me my drink *entirely*... Again.. I will still likely eat here again, and may even improve my rating from a 3 to a 4, butpresently Pho Kim Chi resides firmly in the "middle of the road" as far as dining establishments in Poulsbo go.
