I received old & cold burritos... ???? I know this has been an issue for years but you would think they would have resolved it... by now... I like their burritos but they need to be hotter than mildly warm... Plus the tips of the tortilla was hard whichmeans it sat too long in the warmer or out on the prep table... I'll keep trying from time to time but will not be a regular...I like hot & fresh... Not barely warm & ready to move on into the light... Very sad... ???? Read more
This McDonald's is progressively getting worse. I have come here daily for lunch for most of 2022 and just thus summer has it... completely fallen apart. Their Ice cream machine has been "put of service" for shakes and mcflurries for anyone other thanemployees who are seen walking out with frozen dairy drinks. Atleast one employee was rummaging and stealing from the happymeals. The management is the worst, they don't train their employees vary well at all so no one knows what to do, and when themanagement gets too many complaints they lock the door and don't answer the phone ( I personally watched this happen whilewaiting 30 min for my one burger and drink to be served to me) the trip to Silverdale or Kingston would be worth the whileunless you have 45+ min to wait for for mediocre service and no employee responsibility Read more
9/27 about 12 noon. Went through the drive through waiting 20 minutes for 2 hamburgers and French fries. I get its lunch time... but 20 minutes? And all the food was cold. Threw it away after 1 bite Read more
I have been waiting in the drive-through for over 15 minutes and there are still 6 cars in front of me before I can order and... another 10 cars behind me leading all the way out to the road and they only have one access available for us in thedrive-through on a Saturday, I called and all they could tell me was their short staff and they're doing the best they could?.good old McDonald's.. I rated this a 3 star. Even though they still have tasty fries and chicken nuggets, their service still remains in question. Not... very friendly and often times comes in pretty rude. Like I mentioned their fries and nuggets are still tasty, the rest of themenu items, like their quarter pounder and breakfast items like their Mcmuffins are below par. Very disappointing. Read more
Ordered via curbside pickup. The McDonald's was not busy, still they went over the "5 minutes" the app boasts for their cook and... delivery time. I ordered 3 meals so maybe that had a hand in the delay? I don't know. But what I do know is the employee whobrought my food out to the car had music in his heart and dance in his step. I bargained for a quick lunch and got a little showas a bonus. He earned all 5 stars that I am giving his McDonald's. Keep up the excellent work sir you made my day! Read more
The last two times I have been to McDonald?s they have forgot my chocolate milk. Today this is how my large fry looks and my... sandwich where I asked for extra pickles and lettuce. So I work for door dash, and Tonight I showed up at 7:45pm, and like I normally do with McDonald?s orders, I went to the front... door of the dining area only to find that it was locked. So I got in the drive-through. When I got to the speaker, they told methey need to go to the front door, to which I explained to them that it was locked. They told me to still get out of thedrive-through and go to the front door which luckily I was able to do because no one was behind me although had someone behindme it would?ve been impossible for me to do so which means I would?ve had to wait in the drive-through until everyone wentthrough including myself. I went to the front door and a gentleman came and brought me my food and didn?t say anything to me, hejust handed it off to me without a word. Read more
