We stopped here for a quick lunch and sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before our order was taken. Their lobby is closed... and they had a new line cook so things were held up. We patiently waited (4 cars behind us backed out of the drive though andleft). Finally got to order and pulled through to wait on out tiny Tacos and a curly fry. I went in to ask for 4 ranch cups andthe manager said I could only have 2 for free. I've never been to a JitB where they can't give 4 ranches. In fact, even recentlyI was as this exact same location and had no issue getting 4! I told her that we waited 20 minutes to order and to please makean exception if she could and she responded "you just ordered 3 minutes ago." Yes, you finally took our order 3 minutes ago butwe were waiting for far longer than that! Obviously the rules about ranch are not hers and I understand she's enforcing thembut the ownership of this location really needs to take a look at what is important. The lobby is littered with personal items,a pizza box, etc and they aren't able to function the drive through well. I?ve been coming here since it was built and it?s always been great? until today. Today's visit alone can?t be offset by the... years of good service and food I?ve gotten here. The young lady who ?served? me at the front counter was the single most rudehuman being I?ve ever come into contact with. Not only was she rude but she had her counter area covered in food waste andgarbage; apparently I was interrupting her lunch/vape break. They seemed to be short staffed, which I get but there?s no reasonto be that rude. My order took forever and it cost me almost $20 for one burger, curly fries and a Coke. Speaking of curlyfries, I had to go back in and ask for them. The Jack in the Box in Silverdale is only minutes away, do yourself a favor and gothere instead! The lobby is still closed, the drive-thru is wonky but navigationable. As well as the cost of food is high but on par with... everywhere else in this state. The quality of food is fine and the staff is friendly. I recommend the Taco's. Why wouldanyone read this review, it's jack in the box, it's not like you know how to make a decent burger in under 2 minutes so just gobuy one of there's, you weren't doing anything worth while today anyways. I have grabbed food from here while working in the area about 5-6 times the past week. While service is fine, I have never once... received my order at the window. They try to save their times EVERY single time I?ve gone through the drive through. Money, goto the front and wait. I don?t even get a chance to make sure the order is correct or ask for sauces. God forbid I need napkinsthey?ve forgot on every single order? a district needs to watch this place, it?s pretty ridiculous and clearly being pushed bythe managers. Read more
The workers seemed to care more about the cars in the drive thru more than my family standing in front of them! We ordered our... food and waited 15-20 minutes before we got it and there wasn't anybody else inside! They paid more attention to the drive thruand kept the cars moving! The woman working the drive thru, who was apparently filling it from another Jack in the Box (so shesaid) was very loud and rude to the other workers! Jack in the Box is *great*, for what it is, delicious junk food that is mostly terrible for you! ???? I should probably rate... them higher, as I used to love eating here often, I just find that I *cannot*, these days, and I don't want a higher review toencourage more people to eat the unhealthy food they serve. Can't fault The Box's vast selection of snacking and meal optionsthough, and the new Bacon Loaded Mini Tacos are sinfully delicious! ???? Read more
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Super slow staff. Well, it was honestly disappointing and truly sad because I actually like Jack in the... box. Maybe it's because it was almost 2am but even still I feel that is no excuse especially when working in fast food. Also thestaff looked like they're freezing in there, almost like the owner is to cheap to even pay for heat for his staff. Also thedrive thru worker wasn't wearing gloves and that's concerning to me! Very long wait time, over 25min for 3 standard meals. Weactually had to pull around to the front, and these were basic meals! I don't think I'll be coming back here again any timesoon. Read more
I just about always have issues with this specific Jack in the Box in the later hours (you know, when there isn?t much choice... for fast food). Either I end up waiting 30 plus minutes after I order my food, there?s and issue with their system, or they juststraight up close their drive-thru with no indication. No sign or anything that it?s closed, you just wait at the menu until yourealize that nobody is there. I understand being short staffed, but if you?re going to close up early, let people know.
