Worst Caesar salad ever. Lettuce and grated parmigiana cheese. That?s it?s. Two things plus a small side dressing. Just sad.... Didn?t have shaved parmigiana, okay. But no croutons? $11.89 Read more

Order placed through Slice, ready right on time. Pizza was ok, wings were a little soggy, they could have been cooked longer. ... Wing sauce was so-so. Staff was very friendly. Read more

My dad called tonight asking if he could get 2 flavors of wings in a dozen. Your female employee said yes. My dad confirmed this... wouldn?t be 2 separate orders. She said it would be one order and confirmed the price of $15. He came to pick up the wings; youcharged him $19 instead of $15. When he mentioned he had called and confirmed, you told him that?s not how it works and wereextremely rude to him. Another employee stepped in to say not to complain because ?you?re working hard?. We?re all working hardthese days. He didn?t even care about the price, it was how you treated him. Instead of honoring what was told to him on thephone minutes before, you were all rude. When my dad said he wouldn?t be back, you told him you didn?t care. This was his firsttime at your place, but not mine. We will no longer be ordering from your place. We frequent your establishment, but how youtreat your customers is important, and you disappointed us. Read more

Very dissapointed! My family has always ordered from here. Yesterday my son went with his friends and ocalled in a food order.... My son ordered fried calamari for the first time from here which he said looked weird and didnt taste right. Since him and hisfriends ate in the car he had his friends taste it aswell which they agreed something was off. So he took it back inside andsimply asked if he can replace it or get his money back. An older white haired man behind the counter told him no it looksfine. So my son asked him to taste it himself. The man tasted it and said it tasted fine, obviously he would say that. So my sonthrew it all away and left. I wonder if that man would have responded to an adult not liking their meal that way? We will nolonger order from them because of this incident and the way that man handled it. This is all it takes to loose buisness from anentire family unit. If you are in a restaurant buisness you must handle a situation like this better than how you did. Not riskloosing customers. Now my son had put a piece in a tissue and brought it home to me just to make sure. And i have to agree therewas definetly something wrong with the calamari. We love calamari and try it at different places. Me as a mother and customer isin shock that the older man wouldnt replace it. The entire order was thrown away. Its seafood for godsake, your restaurant trulywants to serve old seafood? Your restaurant wantd to risk food poisoning? No longer will i order catering from you. All for $13bucks and old seafood. I ld cater food yearly for my family gathers for the past 5 yrs. I truly feel my sonwas disrespectedbecause hes a kid and this would not have happened if I went in to complain about my food.
