My dad called tonight asking if he could get 2 flavors of wings in a dozen. Your female employee said yes. My dad confirmed this... wouldn?t be 2 separate orders. She said it would be one order and confirmed the price of $15. He came to pick up the wings; youcharged him $19 instead of $15. When he mentioned he had called and confirmed, you told him that?s not how it works and wereextremely rude to him. Another employee stepped in to say not to complain because ?you?re working hard?. We?re all working hardthese days. He didn?t even care about the price, it was how you treated him. Instead of honoring what was told to him on thephone minutes before, you were all rude. When my dad said he wouldn?t be back, you told him you didn?t care. This was his firsttime at your place, but not mine. We will no longer be ordering from your place.
