If I could put zero stars, I would. I come here all the time out of convenience and there hasn?t been one time they haven?t... messed up my order. It is also the third time in about 2 months that I?ve ordered chips & cheese, bit into a chip and literallyhad to spit it out because it tastes like pure bleach. When complaining to management this last time about the inedibledisturbing chips, she told me ?yeah we?ve been getting that a lot? - no apologies, no money back, no fixing the solution. We got someone else?s order & I could not eat what we got due to dietary restrictions. I tried to call the store more than a... dozen times and they wouldn?t answer. Then it was busy for several minutes. Then finally it would ring but again, no answer. Thethe busy signal. I tried for an hour or two but never got through. All I wanted was to say I would come in the next day & getthe correct order. But no. So we had no dinner. No good outcome. I will not return. Read more

Horrible experience. We went inside. The workers took our order, then made SIX other peoples orders from the drive-through... window. After 10 minutes we asked "how long?" And THAT'S when they started making our order. Oh wait no, that's when ONE personstarted making our order. They had 4 people on the drive-through side of the kitchen and only one person handling our food.There was a CLEAR problem with the priorities of this establishment. They valued the time of the people in cars more than thepeople standing right infront of them. We didn't get our food till 40 minutes after we walked into what I thought was supposedto be "fast-food." Do not recommend to anyone who isn't driving. Read more
Without a doubt the SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. From the time I ordered to the time I got my food was 28 minutes. ... It wasn't like it was busy. There was only 1 other family in there and maybe 2 cars at the drive through. At least they gotthe order right, I guess. Read more
So I was pregnant and craving tacobell really bad. I went to the one on main street in poughkeepsie and they said they ran out... of everything I asked for. I got devastated and called this one on south road. It was about 15minutes to closing and I was about12 minutes away. Not only did the guy there take my order over the phone!!! Which they do not do!! He also made sure it wascorrect and I offered to tip him just cause I felt he deserved it and he declined and simply asked for this review. I forgot hisname cause I lost the receipt from that night!! But that man deserves a raise!!! This was back in June and he made me thehappiest pregnant woman on earth. Read more
