Stopped going cause they didn't accept coupons like all other subways IN dutchess. Figure I go back give them a second chance... after a year. And I got raw chicken OR plastic in my sandwich. NASTY!!!! Read more
I work in the area and go to this Subway at least once a month. Always was able to order 3 scoops of Tuna in a bowl when bowls... are available. They charged me appropriately and I didn't have to eat stuff I didn't want or need. Today told that theycannot do that any longer. Definitely not going to give any more business to this pathetic store. Dirty floors and blockedexits, dirty bathrooms. Looking forward to Jersey Mike's. Good riddance to bad rubbish, Subway. Seem annoyed to have to make sandwiches, stingy on meat AND extras, don't accept SUBWAY CORPORATE coupons from weekly flyers.... Also, my wife likes the Chipotle southwest sauce, and I regularly ask for a small to go container of it, which they say yes to,but actually GIVE ME less than half of the time..Spent a lot of money there, including tips! Very clean and well kept. However the women, I think the owners wife, sparsely garnishes the sandwiches. I've been coming here... for 5 years and only get treated like that when she serves me. The owner and other employees are not like that. I will go toother Subways because I like the product. Read more
As a member of Subway Rewards, I have frequented this location. About 2 weeks ago, I received enough points to put me over for a... free sub. Went in today for lunch, was told that the store is "no longer participating with the Subway Rewards program" andthat I would be unable to redeem my points. They made me pay for my sub. At no point did I see any signage saying that thisstore was no longer participating in the rewards program. I called corporate, they told me that according to their records thatorganization is in fact participating in the rewards program. Must be they'll let you earn points but aren't willing to let youuse them. Never going back. Read more
