These are horrible people that order from delivery services and not tip a dime after heavy goods are driven to them in someone?s... personal vehicle. Yet they have a tip cup out on the counter for themselves and expect people to tip them for putting liquid ina cup? Shame on you. Read more
There was nothing special. I got a regular ice coffee for $5.30 because this place is so expensive I wasn't willing to pay for... espresso drinks or anything blended, it is more expensive than Starbucks by at least $2 more per drink. Over $9-11 for a blended coffee. That is just insanely over priced. Read more
Great coffee right in the Poughkeepsie Galleria near the old Sears. Visited last week and it was quite good!

I'm more of a tea drinker than coffee but I thought I'd give this place a try while I was shopping at the galleria. They have... non coffee drinks called cookie chillers. I ordered one that was suggested to me by the one worker there. I ordered a largethinking it would last me a while...wow was that an understatement. The large size is gigantic! I nearly couldn't hold it withone hand it was so big lol. The flavors were good too. Kind of like an ice cream shake. Read more
The products are good and enjoyable but the service from the manager today around 1 - 3 pm was horrible. My friend and I... ordered a drink specifically all vanilla because she can't have chocolate. When we got it, it appeared to have chocolate so wetold the staff. They were unsure whether it did or not so they brought the manager over who insisted there was no chocolatethough the drink had a chocolate color. When my friend tried it, sure enough, it did taste like chocolate. We went back toinform the manager and she rudely told us to read the product description. It didn't say anything about having chocolate. Thento our surprise the manager says, "it doesn't have chocolate, it has oreo cookies and oreo cookies are not chocolate." Wow....we were really amazed to be treated so rude in front of everyone and then for this manager to say that oreo cookies are notchocolate was shocking. We said they were she insisted they weren't. We asked for the drinks to be remade, because that's notwhat we ordered and most importantly my friend can't eat chocolate (that did not matter to the manager at all). The managerfirst said she was not going to exchange them but we insisted and she came at us extremely harsh that she will only do it thisone time but never again. A few minutes later she was leaving and had the nerves to go past us and repeat that she will neverexchange anything for us ever again. ugh....what an experience, she really needs customer service training. I found this gem of a coffe shop ???? the staff is friendly, coffe is tasty, good price and they play good music ????. Today... they were playing BTS songs !
