She refused to give me my receipt... her response is nobody ever ask for a receipt it's not that serious, Yes it is I made a purchase and I need the receipt. I askedfor a cup holder she lied and said they didn't have none I went inside the store and there was a whole stack of cup holders.This kind of attitude is unacceptable. I hate writing reviews I sound like a Karen????but Lately this Dunkin has been horrible. The Coffee always taste burnt because... they aren?t changing the coffee beans, it?s just been a hit or miss lately ?am I getting good coffee today or bad coffee today?.today I got the pumpkin cream cold brew it?s brunt as h*** I don?t Taste pumpkin or the coconut that I asked put in it justtastes like a regular cream cold brew that?s brunt. I have been a regular customer of this branch because of the convenience its location. Today not only was my order wrong but the... Staff were incredibly rude about it. They pretended to redo my drink and while they were remaking it they were rude and loudabout it. When I got the drink back the proportions were CLEARLY wrong. I kindly told the person in the window who did have agood attitude that I knew that my drink was not remade but ?fixed? because the proportions were very off (barely any refresherwas left in the drink) and I didn?t want to pay for something that was mostly coconut milk. Again I heard the person in thebackground being rude and disrespectful to lead me. They also forgot my food order and the person cooking the food was also rudeand defensive about this. The Staff here are incredibly rude. I have overlooked the other times were the staff in the backgroundand sometimes even in the window were rude, but this time it was severe enough to leave a review about it. I know what it?s liketo have a job like this, in fact I use to work in this very branch. But whoever is in charge of this branch needs to do someUrgent training of proper treatment of customer service or a better job hiring. I don't think there's EVER been a time where I've gone to this Dunkin and gotten my correct order. Ordered on doordash from this... location this morning, and lemme tell you, the ONLY correct item was my coffee. I ordered a toasted everything bagel with creamcheese and they sent me a barely toasted sesame bagel with the smallest amount of cream cheese ever. Ordered a blueberry muffin,received one with a giant chunk missing out of it. Also ordered a half dozen donuts which never even made it to my house. Donot give this franchise your money, the owners do not care about their staffing or supply issues. Read more
Drinks are wrong almost on a daily basis, my signature latte was ice cold when I ordered it hot , whipped cream was put on... wrong drink entirely, multiple people at my job come to this location and get their order screwed up very often, crazy thatnothing has been done management wise . Read more
