An exquisite, classic, cute and cheerful place. I also found the best price for a delicious Italian lunch. Great wine list,... the best pasta, with the best service. This restaurant is 100% recommended if you are going to visit the Vanderbilt Mansion andHyde Park (Roosevelt Residence). It also has ample free parking. All in the same place. Read more
The food is AMAZING and the atmosphere is comfortable. The staff are attentive, but they know to leave you to your dining... experience. The only unfortunate thing about our visit was the amount of large flies that had made their way in somehow. It wasnot enjoyable to swat at them while we ate. If we had been outside it wouldn't have bothered us, but we were indoors. Otherwise,a wonderful experience. Will absolutely go back. Delicious food, great ambience and great service! Not the kitchen?s fault but I ordered pasta and didn?t know it was angelhair-... it was a little bit overcooked. The restaurant is also a bit on the pricier side- paid $95 total (including tip) for 1appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert. We visited this establishment after reviewing reviews indicating this establishment has good italian food. Upon our arrival... they took nearly 10 minutes to seat us. The hostess along with two other staffers looked confused. At the table our waiter tooka decent 15 minutes to arrive and take our order. We never received our bread for the table meanwhile everyone around us gottheir bread. Dishes were pricey and not affordable. One dish, one side, one appetizer and two drinks cost over $80. The foodis delicious but the service is horrendous and the servers are extremely inattentive. I awarded three stars based on service,food quality and affordability of the food. Read more
