Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. UPDATE: A year ago I posted the Review below review and today I gave it a... second chance figuring improvements had been made over the last year. I was wrong! Again, no napkins and all Ice in the cup andI was charged $13 for a meal (burger, drink, curds). With so many surrounding fast good places with lush better food this isjust a shame - and a scam! I just had the most disappointing DQ experience of my life. The girl at the window was great, I willsay that but the food was terrible. The burger was merely fine. The cheese curds were like chewed bubble gum and the coatingfell off more than half of them. No sauce was offered. The peanut buster parfait had less than 20 peanuts and about 2tablespoons of chocolate. No napkins in the bag and there was so much ice in the cup I couldn?t get the straw in. For $15 Icould eat in an actual restaurant and have significantly better food. I suppose serving the bare minimum is the way they maketheir money but I can?t imagine it is a good way to keep customers. This is not the first time I was disappointed in thislocation but after this ?meal? it will certainly be my last visit. I will not spend another nickel at this location. Read more
The quality at this DQ has been declining over the last few years. Recently, I got a Turtle Pecan Cluster blizzard and the... pecans were obviously stale. You ask for extra toppings or sauces and you get charged but don't get what you paid for. The staffseems clueless. Food often makes it out the drive thru window cold. Both of my blizzards were milk by the time I even got my order, they were handed to me in a bag and no flip test was done on... either blizzard I ordered. I had two people in front of me and my ice cream wasn?t even cold by the time I got home. I get homeand open the one blizzard it leaks out all over my floor and kitchen. I live 2 minutes from the DQ, I?m upset I just spent $11+on two blizzards I can?t even eat, I?ve never had this bad of an experience! ** update** Nick was super awesome to deal withand handled my concern. Absolutely the WORST Blizzards ever!!! Most of the time we get Blizzards from there it is basically a cup of ice cream with a... piece or two of candy!! Last night they not only had very little candy in them, and the wrong candy at that, they had theconsistency of milkshakes!! If they did the upside down test with them they would have been all over the floor!! Also, it'salways a different price for the same items! Worst DQ ever!! Read more
