I have been to a LOT of KFC all over the eastern US in my life, and have the waistline to prove it! This one has, hands-down,... the fastest service and they have never once gotten my order wrong. Let's face it, it tends to happen in fast food! The food isalways the right temperature and the soda is never watery, which tells me they keep on top of machine maintenance. The staff isalways upbeat, they are never impatient at the drive-thru speaker. This team is doing a great job! Read more

By far the WORST place to get food in potsdam. I was in the drive through, the person taking my order was extremely rude to me... and my KIDS, I had to wait over half an hour, then after FINALLY recieving my order it was missing items, the food was thrownall over inside the bag, the chicken was WAY overcooked, and the biscuits were not only hard as a rock but missing butter; notthat it would have made it much better anyways. Worst place to eat in potsdam, if you want friendly staff, quick orders, goodfood and a good experience I'd go for pizza hut instead. Read more
