Went through the drive-thru and got the worst treatment from the person taking the order, and when I asked to talk to the... manager, the manager said he was autistic. I said 'then you shouldn't have him working taking orders'. I told the manager Buddythat 93% of communication is nonverbal. Even Buddy's nonverbal response to me was rude I asked for my money back, he asked for areceipt and snatched the receipt out of my hand. I could hear him talking to the other employees saying ' I don't like peoplelike that'. He told me to go to the other window and he'll get my receipt for the money back. I went there order from the drive thru got my order and the last thing i ask was for ranch sauce from that bad drive thru lady... but said to "you said red sauce", I said ranch sauce had to repeat it 3 or 4 times made me feel stupid doing this and she saidwe don't have it and I said never mind and i was checking my order and she said wanted me to move now because other people werebehind me and said i was rude and she said she call the police, this made me upset that these kinds of people that burger kingemployed, I never come back here ever again and that rude lady employee from burger king should be fired. Wow what a laughable experience. Pull up to the drive through, no one in the restaurant or behind me. The lady manager... immediately told me to wait "one moment" . After about 5 minutes I say hello? Was then greater with, "I told you one moment, imbusy!". I asked at the window if that was an OK reaction, was was told "yeah". Door slam shut. I actually took a video of thatpart. If there is anything good about this location it would be hard to find. Everything is wrong here from the ordering process all... the way to getting the food. Everyone here was waiting extremely long for their orders, when they got their orders, one by one Iwatched as we all had to go back to the counter to get the orders corrected. Almost everyone who was in the drive through had tocome inside to have their order corrected as well. The soda machine (the touch screen kind for a million combinations ofbeverages) only had two choices. The floor was wet all the way around the soda machine.
