Worst experience ever! When we walked into the building there was a bucket catching water from the leaking ceiling and water was... all over the floor and on tables. Ordered our food and we got two wrong sides. Had to wait a while to get that fixed. Then I'massuming it was a manager who hollered into the lobby "I need you working" to another employee who had been standing in thelobby talking to another employee who was on break the whole time we were there. Instead of the employee going back to work shestood far enough away the person that hollered couldn't see her. Then took a napkin and started fake cleaning the table theother employee (who was on break) was sitting at. Went to use the restroom and you guessed it no toliet paper. So as my childset in an unlocked restroom I walked out to tell a worker while guarding the door. When I told the one that was again standingthere doing nothing that there wasn't any toliet paper in the bathroom she just said "ok". I just stood there waiting on her togo get some and she didn't. I told her again that there was no toliet paper in the bathroom and I have someone in there waitingon it. She huffed and went to get the toliet paper, but took her sweet time. This location is at TB/KFC 70% of the time the order is wrong. You either get your food but not right or extra food that is... seriously lacking. This week my husband's chicken was pieces not tenders and it wasn't cooked. We ordered a chicken quesadillaand got two free cheese ones, that were burnt and no cheese. Read more
They have too many young kids working here that have no care about whether you get your order right. They're just there for the... redundancy of their jobs. They want a paycheck for just being there, no pride or consistency in the menu items they assemble. Ona to go order of say, 3 crunchy tacos, I seem to always get at least one busted up & all 3 have visibly varying amounts ofingredients! If you're starving & have no place else to go, then eat there, otherwise you can get better food most anywhereelse... Read more
Understaffed and really messy. All tables were dirty, lots of trash on the floor, and trash can overflowing. A lady that was... paying with cash waited for 10 minutes before someone would come from the back to take her order. Food was good. Read more
Our friends tried calling in their order they wouldn't answer their phone so they walked to Taco Bell went through the drive... through because they are on foot and don't have a vehicle after 11:00pm at night with cash in hand they was turned away prettysad. Maybe y'all need to have a delivery service. Thank God Domino's was still open they ordered from there and was servedpretty sad they ain't can't get anything from Taco Bell at the drive thru but McDonald's and other places do. I would share my honest review of the food, if I was allowed to order it. The employee at the register completely ignored me... when I was at the speaker, so I look at the speaker and I see a sign that says "If you need assistance in hearing, please driveup to the window and order". I drive up to the window, wait my fair share of time, and when I try to order, do they accommodatethe inconvenience that after all, was their fault? Nope, they tell me to just go back around the line and that they didn't hearme. So what I'm hearing is there's no assistance for people hard of hearing. INCLUDING ME. They completely disregarded mysituation for the sake of their personal convenience and comfiness. These people should actually be doing their jobs. Also Ihave to assume the same assistance is declined for others who need the help like wheelchair bound and disabled citizens. Read more
