Even though I asked for the order to be checked, I was told it was all there. Since it was busy, I trusted the employee. The... onion rings were for my 90 year old father. Since it is a long trip back into town we didn't bother to return. Also. No saucesfor the chicken , no ketchup and the food was all cold as well. We haven't been to this store in 6 months because of the sameissues. I doubt we try again any time soon. Read more

Went to get a whopper and fries plus another order of fries for my wife. We asked for ketchup and they said they were out. So,... we asked if they could give us some from their kitchen. The manager said they were sorry but no can do. They were conserving.Walmart is a few hundred feet away and they are worried about ketchup. Wow! Read more
Three or four tries to get order right at speaker. Order repeated correctly at window. Food short one complete meal with... exception of drink. Back at window and still wrong after that. Not busy or rushed when ordered. Lack of attention to detail.Food so so and tea is bad. Read more
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is prompt and I never have to check to see if something was left out. 4/5 stars... because the hamburger meat just never seems really hot. Read more
Every time, they?re fast, friendly, and my order is 100% right. Their food is better, faster and correct more often than... McDonald?s down the road. They?re always great, and could teach the other restaurants a thing or two about training their ppl,managing their teams and providing friendly customer service. Read more
First time to this Burger King, I now know what it was not busy. My wife and I were the second customer in the place. They were... unbelievably slow, stopped for a quick breakfast and sit down. We ordered a number one and a number three breakfast and the hashbrown / tater tots were way overcooked. When I brought it to their attention and ordered another order of them properly cookedthey charged me again. I asked for some napkins and they told me that all they had were paper towels in the restroom feel freeto grab some. I asked for some ketchup and salsa it took forever to get it I stood at the counter I guess nobody knew whereanything was. I must admit the croissant sandwiches were very good.I can only hope that soon things will get back to normal forthem to where they can take care of customers when there's very few there to begin with.
