Very poor service and treatment of new staff. I expect to have a substantial wait in the drive thru line more so now with most... businesses having difficulty finding help. However when you have a new staff working the window the customer and their teamneed to have more grace and patience. Tonight I ordered my meal only to sit in line for 10 min to make it to the window and becharged and then asked to by the cashier to review my order on the receipt , after reviewing I informed her that my order wasincorrect and she was going to call the lead/manger on duty to correct it. I told her no worries and that I would just pay forthe item missed and the wrong item she typed in no worries. She's new and why get mad at her it was an honest mistake I'm gladshe had the courage to ask me to review my order and explain that she was new. After another 6 mins she attempts to hand me myorder and I kindly let her know that it's still incorrect and is missing part of it. She turns to inform what i assume is a youmale lead/manager with croped blue hair who is clearly stressed and ye begins to yell that I'll need to go around etc etc.Because we all have to those days I kindly asked him to come to the window and explain to me what the issue is. After heimpatiently told me that I cannot just add items to my order; I allowed him to finish and I calmly explained the situation notblaming but a mistake had happened. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or even asking me to pull to the front so that theycan correct the order he begins to speak rudely to his team and the new young lady. I ask if she wants me to move out of lineand she politely says no. I wait receive my order only to arrive home with a very poorly prepared meal that I waited about atotal of 25mins for. I type all this to say fast food doesn't mean you mistreat your staff team or the customers to in turnserve them poorly made food. Zips used to be so much better! This zips prices are outrageous not to mention when you get fish and chips and ask for lemon... they give you packets of lemon juice no fresh lemon?!.. paid like $20 just for fish and chips didn?t even enjoy them as we usedto it?s just doesn?t taste the same? papa Jo?s we?re one of there best sandwiches even those are like half azzed.. 2 years ago I loved this Zips. The last couple times I went in the service was terrible, they messed up my order, and made the... Hurricanes like a shake. Also, there was children in the lobby and all I could hear was cuss words from the kitchen. Oneperson ordered and the person in the kitchen yelled, that?s going to take a long F@&$ing time because we have so many chickenorders all the fryers are full. Read more

the lobby was closed due to short staff but the girl at the window taking orders sounded drunk and wasnt very friendly. we did... love the food but the service wasnt what we expected like i said the lady who worked the window for thew closing shift soundedas if she was drunk or possibly high on something. other than that the food was just as good as we hopped it would be.
