Called for a carry out. Was told it would be 20 minutes. We showed up after 30 minutes and they still hadn?t even started it!... They didn?t apologize or anything.. I ended up canceling my order as we had been traveling for 10 hours and didn?t want towait.... not to mention the person making the pizzas had a beard down to his chest and was not wearing a hair net nor had ittied up!!!! They cancelled the order instead of filling it even though I paid $52. The guy working works the dough and wipes his nose. Hair... and beard not covered. We have now waited 45 minutes. They had us pay again. How long do you wait? Read more
Lack of toppings is just one problem ( I had hair on my pizza once..)..In a perfect pizza world when you order. a 5 topping... pizza it shouldn't have the toppings so sparsely placed you feel like you're eating a cheese pizza..Kind of chincy..The pricesare still a bit on the steep side, but their rewards program makes up for it some, as well as the coupons...BUT if you're onlygoing to put a small amount of toppings on it, you shouldn't charge the high prices..When they moved in I was happy for goodpizza..A few months later, and quality has gone to hell... UPDATE: So, I gave Papa Johns another try.. I got my pizza late,mostly because the driver couldn't find my condo, no big deal. The toppings were sparse, not evened out at all.The only goodthing is that the Jalapeno poppers wee decent. Again and done.. Sorry Papa Johns. You should get a new owner. Pronto. Read more
Ordered online and system says 34-44 min. Show up to store 40 min later. I was told about 15 min more. 35 min later get notice... order was put in over. Guy tells me my order is next out of the oven. It?s now 1hr and 30 min after I ordered and I can see mypizza about to come out of the oven. To top it off the delivery guy has finally picked up the orders that were done and waitingwhen I got here. I got a 14" custom pizza with extra sauce, green peppers, onion, pepperoni and spicy sausage and let me tell you how amazing the... flavor was. It was absolutely delicious and gourmet. Everything was cooked PERFECTLY, cut properly and there were equal amountsof toppings on each slice. The toppings and sauce were delicious. The crust was cooked to perfection. I love the pizza but since they use DoorDash to deliver you don?t get notified when they drop the pizza on the porch so it sits... out and gets cold. Today I even left a note in the door asking them to knock....nope!! Pizza sat in below freezing weather forwho knows how long before I checked. Cold pizza on New Years is not what I was planning for!
