Store needs to decide which one delivers to where. Ive gotten the run around. Tonight,Staff in both had trouble understanding... me...and speaking English clearly(Jane).they need to be able to repeat name and address back to you correctly if they cant hearit.The second lady after I repeated loudly several times (thinking she cdnt hear me)my address, she hung up on me(Angel)atspokane st location.Already peaved from my first phone call at mullan store repeating myself a million times and then havingthem tell me they dont deliver to me-after having the other store tell me that in the past.Had to drive to store to orderdelivery.idk what happened to the old system where they automtically had your number linked to an address and everything waseasy peasy. having to tell them your name,zip and address, it seems they are not hearing it or understanding it.When stating myconcerns to the teenage boy up front, he seemed unconcerned and uncomunicative.Didnt even tell me when to expect my pizza.Hesaid "sorry she's a hard worker" sarcastically with an eye roll.Didn't want to be Karen and get manager (which would haveprobably been too hard anyways)but they need to get a grip. Been ordering dominos in post falls for 20 yrs never had a problem.I guess this might be chalked up to worker shortage and quality staff ????. I know it's not an easy job and everyone has badnights but 3 workers in 2 locations on the same night? The young man that took my order was very personable, however my pizza was done and out of the oven a good 15 minutes and I... finally had to ask for it yo get it. The pizza itself seemed somewhat bland, so I think it was missing some spices possibly.Will try it again sometime possibly. Read more
Order #2377 at 8:01PM with approximately 58-68 minutes for delivery time. It is now 10:38PM and have yet to recieve my order. I... tried calling to cancel this order and have my money refunded only for them to hang up on me. I will never order from Domino'sever again. 100% disappointed. Read more
I will never order pizza from them again. Going on 2 1/2 hours and it's still in QC. Called the store and actually got ahold of... a person and they hung up on me. We need a round table, better pizza and better customer service. Read more
If I could give you zero stars I would. My son-in-law tried to pick up a pizza from them a few weeks ago and they wouldn?t let... him have it because they wrote down my daughters name wrong. Today I ordered a pizza at 6:04 PM I did not receive it until7:30PM. When I called at 6:51 PM and asked where my food was they said that my order has been placed on hold without ever evennotifying me and that it was 10 minutes from being to me. I still did not receive it until 7:30PM. when I called the second timeto ask what is taking so long and speak with a manager he stated that he was looking at my food sitting on the warmer waitingfor a driver to come and take it he did not offer to compensate me anything for our inconvenience and for the very long waitthat we were not anticipating . I will never ever ever order from this Domino?s again and I will advise anybody that will listennot to order from them either. Read more
Not the best customer service.. I guess pizza places just aren?t like they used to be. We ordered pizza and waited 3-1/2 hours... or more for it to be delivered!! Didn?t hear from them as to why they were sooo late.. never was compassionated and it?shappened a few times now. Read more
Very dissatisfied! If I could give 0 stars, I would. We place a future order to be delivered at 8:15pm, 8:25 we check to see why... our order wasn't delivered and it was in quality check. At 8:40 we tried calling the store and were on hold for over tenminutes. At this point we were getting so frustrated that we started driving to the store. We get almost to the store and get anotification that the driver is leaving to deliver our order at 9pm! Thats 45 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered.Management really needs to hold workers accountable for not doing such a simple job. Read more
Definitely don't recommend ordering from here anymore. Delivery stated 51-61 minutes. Called at 70 minutes was told they're too... busy and will be another 30-40 minutes. Asked what they could do to resolve the issue at hand was told they are unable to doanything and to just wait. Will be using pizza hut from now on. Read more
