Tonight was a BIG disappointment. We ordered online for carry out and got there and wasn?t even being cooked. Which is fine I... understand it Saturday and they seemed very busy. However, after waiting another 30 minutes in the car the food was ready. When we got home there was small drizzles of bbq sauce on wings, NO sauce on the chicken bbq. Wings we?re horrible tasting withlack of sauce and threw them out. XL pizza was a waste as well since there was no bbq sauce. Sometimes you get good pizzas and sometimes you don't they skip on the toppings if they tell you to have up to seven toppings... but when you want the same topping but you want more of it they only give you a little bit more they should give you the wholetopping you know that's why it's seven toppings but they don't do that what's the difference if you get other toppings to go youknow seven different toppings or if you get two or three the same time cuz you like that whatever you want you know more of itbut they just put a little bit more and half the time it's not on all the pizza some of the slice of pizzas don't hardly haveanything on at all and the last pizza I got there was no flavor to the pizza at all Read more

I have been getting pizza every Sunday night for the last 15 years and this has been consistently the worst Dominos I?ve ever... been to. The order is always messed up in some way. I put extra sauce every time on my order and time and time again seems likethere isn?t even sauce on half the pizza. Will just make the drive to the dominos on Spokane St or Liberty Lake. Read more
I'm torn on whether I should do one star instead of two. The manager, I believe his name is Jason, is a decent guy, and if he's... there, he can usually iron out our issues, and hears us out. However, the fact that I can actually use the word "issues", andthe fact that we've had to deal with Jason at all to iron out any issues (yup, that's plural) is unfortunate. We order acopious amount of pizza in my house. We have two kids on the Autism spectrum, and between their picky palates, and sometimesbeing crunched for time or energy after a busy day with therapies, work, etc, pizza is the go to. And if it's delivered, evenbetter. Being that we do have a bit of a budget to need to work with, Domino's is the obvious choice. Our last apartment inHayden was in the Hess Street store area, and they were GREAT. Five stars. Then we moved into Post Falls. Starting with theorders... Of the number of times that we've ordered in the six and a half months since we moved out this way, only a handful oforders that we placed actually came correctly. And the errors range from understandable to outrageous. Tonight, for example, weordered a medium pizza with extra cheese, with ham and pineapple on one half. We received a pizza with a normal amount of cheesewith extra olives and pineapple on one half. I've worked in a couple busy pizza chain restaurants, including a Domino's. Thereshould be more care taken when checking the orders. And it took nearly an hour and a half to get here, and was cold uponarrival. I can understand being very busy - they nearly almost always are, from what I can tell - but an hour of that was justwaiting for a driver and the delivery itself. My husband did call and they are sending out a replacement order. My kids are uppast their bedtime just so that they can have the pizza that we ordered.
