Absolutely terrible service. Asked for a chicken sandwich and the girl confirmed and still gave me a beef sandwich without the... bun that was in the pic. Went back and waited another 30 mins for another wrong sandwich. I asked for Classic 3 times andconfirmed 3 times to get home to bite into a spicy sandwich. Simpletons are us over there. Horrible, went through drive thru. 1 single burger & bacon burger, just old food. Will not be back. Beware!.
I ordered on the mobile app and instead of a big bacon single I received a single with a very small piece of lettuce, a small... piece of tomato, and a small piece of onion. And no bacon. I also ordered two bacon double stacks, only one of which had bacon.The fries were cold. I tried to contact Wendy's with a chat bot on its app, but that doesn't seem to be working. There's a bigsign at the second drive thru window that says No Cash Refunds, and now I see why they need that sign there. Read more
