Just putting it out there. I had lunch when through the drive thru. Order no. 3 chicken nuggets combo medium. I was charged... $10.09 the screen price was less than that. When I asked why it's so much I was told the prices went up. No I didn't find myreceipt . I was told it was in the bag . Beware I feel they got me.. I charged it to the game . Won't happen again. Just left this "place" had to argue with 2 people in the drive thru because i asked for a large combo. They shorted us 1 french... toast, gave us a completely wrong item, no straws and nasty attitudes. Read more
Came here to try strawberry frost. But ordered 2 medium frosts, and ask for a simple of strawberry. Got charged 2 dollars for a... simple and the medium frost I did get was in a small kids cup for 6 dollars. I know the cost of food has gone up but darn. Butdon't cheat people out of things they came here for. And have your workers work and not stand around at window. Read more
Spicy chicken sandwich was ok. Had to wait for the spicy chicken to be cooked, but guess they went ahead and put the fries in... the bag because they were ice cold. No problem waiting for food to be cooked, but don't bag the other items and let them sit andget cold. Read more
UPDATE (03/14/22): I received an email from corporate asking me to contact the General Manager so that I could stop by the store... on the days that she is working. I have not done this yet and find it strange that I should announce my visit. I will keep youguys posted! February 2022: Horrible. When I pulled up there was a car in front of me .not sure how long she was there but wewaited 10mins and still no one helped them so they drove off. I pulled up waited a minute then said HELLO, ABOUT 30 SEC LATER agirl ( Brice or Bree) said " yeah, what can I get you". Then all I could here was laughing, screaming and playing in thebackground.I got to the window the girl Brice or Bree acted like she didn't even want to deal with me, I said ty after she gaveme my CC back .nothi g, she handed me my food, I said ty. And still not a word ..just turned her back to me. I didn't get a recept, My fries were old, greasy and refried. The burger was a mess..Bread torn..I go around to leave and there were 4 carsthere and the staff waited till I got my order and drove around before they took the next order. There were 2 girls working thedrive thru and people can't even get served. It a shame we get charged more for our food and the service is still hideous! Iwill never go to this one again... Read more
Ordered a baconator they put some bacon crumbles and very little on the burger. When you get a baconator you get it for bacon... not just meat and cheese. The garlic fries had hardly any garlic on them. Read more
