This store is mad ignorant. I was walking up trying to pick up a delivery order, I get told they are close on the inside. Then I... seen two more people walking in and getting their order. So it was a problem for me a black women to go inside but the othercustomer were happily waited on. Then when i confronted the manager I spoken to in the most disgusting manner, had my foodthrown at me, and the window slammed in my face. Read more
Hair on my fries . When I went in no one was wearing hairnets what so ever . They took their time when I asked for a refund
I stopped by the other day. I asked for 2 combos, one with regular coke, the other one with diet coke. The lid on the drinks... looked the same so I asked which one is which. The answer was "I don't know". There were three women at the window, they kindaargued in-between. The drinks were put aside and they brought 2 new ones. I looked, same thing. I asked again, which is which.Same answer "I don't know". At this point, my patience started to run thin. I asked for the manager. "A manager???!!! Why do youneed a manager for???!!" asked me one of the three who could actually articulate something. I explained. Then, the one who keptsaying that she doesn't know which one is diet and which one is regular, reached out to my cups and randomly pressed on top ofone lid. "That's the diet" she said. This is by far the worst Wendy?s I have ever went too. The workers are rude and nasty. No kind of greeting or anything. My fries... were cold. My drink wasn?t right, so I asked for another one. She just stared like she didn?t understand. Wendy?s y?all gottado better. Read more
