My worse experience in a Waffle House. My order was not only incomplete but was also wrong when it did arrive. When I did get my... breakfast I did not get my drink and then no cutlery. This is sad, 2 waitresses singing single ladies to 2 men in wheelchairs ??, plates and glasses on every single dam table, floor... haven't been swept, cook playing kid with gloves on and used the same gloves to grab a plate and cooking utensils. Couple infront of me went and stood at a table for 10 mins and wasn't acknowledged then told "YOU CAN MOVE THAT STUFF TO THE SIDE " . Yesyou want a friendly atmosphere but I'm not your friend I'm a paying customer I'm not moving nothing. Restaurant need John Tafferfrom bar rescue to go in there. Sorry Waffle House, you've just lost 2 loyal customers, I know it don't matter but the otherlocations waitresses are loosing big tips from this couple. The restaurant claims to be open 24 hours yet we get there and walk inside only to be told that they?re closed! Then why are the... doors open and why was there a cook making food and another worker at the counter taking orders for 2 other people?! First time in my 33 years of life, i have not left a tip. After a verifying my order with the waitress my order was not... complete, when the waitress finally came back around I informed her of the discrepancy and i was told "I have to take care ofthe other customers first." people who came in after my complaint were served their food before i received my corrected order.Waitress also never returned to the table. The cook cracked and made a huge mess eith raw eggs went on to touch bread, hasbrowns and everything else cooked at the time... with the same gloves. He also spilled raw egg all over counter and put other foods on top of the raw egg mess. This is verygross and can lead to food poisoning or even salmonella. Read more
I visited around 730PM on a Sunday. The dining area was pretty dirty. Even though we were the only ones in the restaurant,... every table was dirty. The tables weren?t even cleaned while we were there, including the one that had dirty plates and cups.Another table had a used rag. The waitress did wipe our table, but it was still sticky. The three workers were loud at times, but they never used foul language so that was nice. The good is that the waitress was friendly. The waffles were good -nothing spectacular, but a descent waffle. I would hesitate to return based on the cleanliness of the dining area and how itwasn?t cleaned while we were there even though there were three workers and all we ordered was 2 waffles. Read more
I was out of town and this is my FIRST visit to a waffle house. Super friendly server. Awesome hash browns. The waffle was soft... texture not crispy like a Belgian and it was soooooo good. I got the limited time blueberry waffle and it did not even needbutter or syrup IMO. The food was served in moments too. Read more
There was one guy cooking and about 5 other employees watching him. The lack of music is not helping. The servers obviously... didn?t want to be there. The place looked like a bomb went off.
