THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DIRTY. They dropped the pan the subs go on to be toasted on the ground and put it back on the... table where they were preparing someone?s food. When the person mentioned it touched their sandwich the manager told thecustomer it didn?t and proceeded to argue with him. Read more

I had two sandwiches delivered this afternoon. BLT subs with lots of veggies, but no dressings or sauces. When I got the subs,... there was Mayo. I didn?t know who delivered because the app crashed and all I could see was my order history, so I called thesubway. The guy who answered had an accent and was insistent there way no Mayo?then he hung up on me. So, I placed my twochildren in the car and drove to their location. There were two employees. A young lady and a middle eastern man. I waited untilall customers had been served, and then I asked for a remake. The man opened the sandwiches, and there was Mayo. He proceeded toargue with me and act like I had put it on the sandwich. I don?t even buy the stuff! Then he blamed the delivery driver(DoorDash, apparently) as if they had put it on there. I asked, again, that it be remade. This guy continued to get an attitudeand watched the young lady remake the sandwiches. The whole time, I was treated as if I was in the wrong and was being a biginconvenience. I didn?t go in with an attitude or yelling. Happy! Happy! I was late for our 'free breakfast' reservation and the kids didn't want to get up. I had 3 reservations and... was one hour late! Guess what?! They accepted the coupons and gave me the three sandwiches...which were delicious. Thegentleman who served me was very pleasant - just happy and friendly. I thought they'd be unpleasant since I was late but theywere so very nice. I will certainly bring the kids here! This location ROCKS!!! Read more
This is by far the WORST Subway ever. I swear when it comes to the food it is horrible. I?ve tried this place a few times and it... literally makes me want to quit eating Subway altogether. This particular day (8/25/22)? I made an online order for a footlongspicy Italian and six inch Philly cheesesteak because they had a promo in the app. Buy a footlong and get the six inch free.Because my son and I like both, I was cool with it. However once we pick up the food and get home? the bread is ROCK hard likethey forgot it was in the toaster. However upon looking at it, it was not burnt which let me know the bread was STALE? which wasconfirmed once tasting it. I mean really? STALE ROCK HARD BREAD? I just can not. Subway has lost me as a customer. No one hasmoney to waste on food that?s not even edible. We ended up getting something from JJ. SMH. Read more
