3:54pm drive thru passenger side. Food was cold. I asked for spicy chicken and got regular cold chicken and a fish sandwich and... got a cold burger.returned to get the fish and it was hard and didn?t have the appropriate amount of tater . I have mixed feelings about my visit. I tried ordering two combos, but ended up with way more food than I thought a total bill... of over 31 dollars. It was my first visit ever to a Rally?s and the cashier wasn?t too helpful with my confusion. I wasdisappointed that they didn?t offfer smaller burger options than the huge two patties. The cashier wasn?t rude, but he wasn?tfriendly either. The food was delivered quickly and it was hot. Personally, I didn?t think the burger was the best for theprice, but it wasn?t bad. The fries were good. I don?t think I?ll return due to difficulty ordering, the cost, and the largerthan needed burgers. Read more
I asked for a strawberry sundae, and got this. The only reason I didn't go back was because they got it wrong the first time by... giving me fudge instead of strawberry and they also seemed to flustered and agitated since they had to remake my order and Ifelt that they gave me little to no strawberries on purpose since the fudge one had plenty of it.
