Despite by best judgement, I decided to order from the Popeyes on George Washington Street. I went over to pour my drink and the... orange soda sprayed all over my uniform and the floor. I politely told the female employee with red braids and asked her if shecould put a sign there to avoid others from getting sprayed with soda. She looked at me and turned her back on me. I wassurprised at the level of customer service I received from this young lady. Five minutes later, another female asked her what Iwas waiting for and she replied she said the soda sprayed all over her jacket. Another women wearing black who I assume is themanager asked her which drink is spraying and the young lady I complained to stated that she did not know. None of themapologized to me as my left arm was soaked with soda nor did they put up the out of service sign. Unfortunately, other customersare going to experience the same. I know I keep saying this but I am done with this location. The employees are extremelyunprofessional and needs to learn how to treat customers. Read more

The food here tastes good, however the first time I went there they literally gave me the smallest chicken thigh and leg they... had. It tasted delicious, but I was kinda disappointed with how small it was considering they had normal sized ones right infront of me. The next time I visited they didn't put the dipping sauce in my bag so when I got home I had nothing to dip themin. Both times I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and both times they did not put utensils in the bag. These are just littleproblems, but there is enough of them to lose a star unfortunately. Read more

If they caould get the order right it would be a 7 but since they could not o give them a 5 for trying and a 10 for courteously... getting me bacl on track without a question. Just left there. Got the cornbread shrimp. Was charged extra for the mac and cheese as a side. Also got a side of potatoes and... gravy. Get home and they gave me 2 potatoes and gravy. No mac and cheese. Called their store and it just automatically hangs upafter 1 ring. Do better. Read more

The GM was very unprofessional and sloppy. Had his shirt unbuttoned so far down you could see his chest and stomach. Showed no... concern to the customers at all. Was slighty rude to the 2 Uber Eats drivers that were waiting on their food. Only plus is foodwas decent! Read more
