The Mac and cheese was disgusting and old,... cheese was curdled and the noodles brown, like it was made in the morning and left in the heater all day. This place is the worst of the worst. I can't understand how the owners making a profit when the employees practice avoidance at... any given time. They will leave you at the menu for 10 plus minutes without saying a word. Even if you say hello several times. Meanwhile there is no car at the window in front of me and a couple cars in the parking lot. You would think they serving aChick FIL A lunch rush. It's almost like they take a order, take a payment, give you your food which takes forever before theyget the order from the next customer. Also they NEVER have anything. It's a chicken place that rarely have the piece of chickenyou want. They advertise what 6 or 7 sides. Well they only have one and that's fries which I promise will be cold. The nightsupervisor is so unprofessional loud and cuss a lot. Did nothing but walk around screaming about a crack head taking hercharger. The young men did no work for the most part and one was kinda intimidating. Like if I would have complained he mightjust have a gun in his jeggins. Meanwhile this one young lady wore all the hats. I went thru drive thru and it was the longest waste of my time. After every car there was a wait and although the lady working... drive thru apologized it?s still not right. I order online and when I was there to pick up the food, there was not chicken available. So no body calls to let me know and... the guy in the drive-thru tell me to cancel the order for refund my money. That was 5 days ago and still not have my money back.I definitely not going to buy here again. It's the second time and in the first they gave me wrong the chicken and the place wasdirty as well. Horrid! Not you average Popeyes, no where near average. This place shouldn't even be allowed to call itself even associated with... the brand. Hard as$ chicken, taste like it was done since morning time, not even closing yet and they're preparing to shut downthrowing food away, biscuits we're the only this edible. Don't bother. Chicken is really good, but it is too hard to get. No matter what chicken you try to order they will be out of it... altogether or you have a very long wait. After saying I would never go there again gave them another try about 2 weeks ago. Thatwhole place is a joke. Ordered ahead hoping for little wait when I arrived. That doesn't work either. The AC was broke and itwas over 100 degrees in the store. Was told they didn't have strawberry for the frozen lemonade, ok fine. While waiting forabout half an hour noticed the frozen lemonade machine wasn't frozen due to the heat. It was just lemonade. Told them to cancelthe drink. Chicken still wasn't ready after 30 minutes and they really didn't know when it would be. Walked out without anything(not the first time). Can't believe they still had the store open with it being that hot. They have never been a company to seemto have any regard for health and safety codes. Done with them permanently.
