Ordered curbside pickup, through the app. 20 minutes after paying, my verification timed out, but still did not have any... food. As I watched, people were going through the drive thru, as well as some parking and going in There is nothing to warn youin the app, but this location will take your pay but will not bring your food to the curbside nor tell you it's ready. I waitedalmost another 20 minutes inside, with no one at the register, before someone finally brings out the (cold) food. I hadplanned on bringing it to my family. Glad it was me, and not someone handicapped, who would have simply not gotten the food atall. The food is actually decent for a McDonald's, but they seriously need to hire people, (no, the mobile kiosk inside isn'tthe same) and stop taking curbside orders if they do not intend to provide that service. For now, avoid unless you only use thedrive thru. Read more
Poor service. Cold food. They take your money and give u what they wanna give you and they are rude to you after they take your... money and serve you cold food. Not to mention the survey on the receipt is no where to be found on the internet so who owns thisplace. They need to get it together in there. Theifs! This is actually a great Macdonalds despite its location by Craddock. The service is always speedy regardless of the drive thru... line. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. And they're one of the few that is open late. Read more
I ordered 2 #1 and 2 large fries when I got home I had 1 #1 and 2 large fries. This is the 2nd time they have forgot my order.... They are asking 13 $ an hour and still they fudge up! Worst mcdonalds for the morning. From when the store opens, to hours later they keep the doors to the inside locked and will... only let you use drive through. An inconvenience and disservice to those who's vehicles are unable to use the drive through. Ihave experienced the inside being closed on several occasions. Very unhappy. Read more
