Ok. I know it's a McDonald's, but even they used to be a decent lunch experience. But now that they have gone to impersonal... ordering stations, with no counter ordering possible, having to navigate those stations was so frustrating, we left. Come here frequently. Had several long hairs in my breakfast sandwich so I called it in and was promised a free meal. Came to... redeem it and was called a liar but another manager. They need to work on their communication skills. Why would I lie abouthaving literal hair in my mouth? Disgusting. Read more
I've seen a lot of negative reviews for this location. I picked up orders for Doordash at this location at least 3 times last... night and the young man at the 2nd window was always very pleasant. The order was ready when I got to the restaurant and wasstill hot. I'm not sure how the day shift is but the late night shift is great. Read more
This is a horrible McDonald's location. There is always something wrong with my order and when they get the order right, there's... something wrong with the food. I went to this location a few days ago and ordered meal with a large fry. I got a small fry in alarge fry box. This is very consistant behavior from them and I think they just pour the fries back out once they put thim inyour box. I've complained about this before but they said some of the fries fell out in the bag. They didn't. They are tryingto save on food costs by not giving customers our orders and not preparing the right amount of food. The food is fine, its McDonalds. But don't expect anyone to take your order. There are kiosks to order from, but if it is... having issues and you need assistance, they won't help you. An option I wanted wasn't listed. When I asked for help with myorder, I was told "its on there". Asked if she could take my order, was told to use the kiosk. Whatever, I'll just orderwhat's listed so I can grab a quick breakfast. Absolutely no clean tables, all have food or sauce or drink spills. 2employees are on break in the dining area, they don't care. No biggie, I'll grab a napkin. No napkins available in thedining area, not even an area for them. I have to go back to the counter to ask for one. Terrible inconvenience to have tograb a few napkins for me. All-in-all, this place sucks, and God forbid you actually have to speak to a person, they have nodesire to talk to you. Read more
This is the very worst McDonald's in this state. Rude employees especially the night manager. The food was burned and they got... the order wrong. We called she refused to give us the corporate number. She was very rude and I asked a question and she wasrude and I told her she was. We got pulled up to wait and she slammed my food and slammed the window. Don't go here everythingwas terrible. Pictures are worth a thousand words . Read more
I've never been to a restaurant with body hair laying out on the counter until I stopped here. Absolutely repulsive. Not to... mention it's slow, even when empty, everybody is ghetto in the way they speak and behave and it's definitely not safe. Read more
