Ordered a 12pc bucket only and only got 11pc and I think I only got 11pc because I asked how much were the coat of the sides... after I ordered. She didn't like having to answer that question and I think that is when they removed a PC out of my bucket. Sodisappointed about this kind of service. How is the location still open? They can barely get your order to you and when they do make sure you check it because it won?t... all be there. One night I left with five separate bags for three meals because I kept having to request missing stuff. Tonightwas the worst though, everything we got looked like it was made yesterday. The nacho chips in the Nacho Bell Grande were a shadeand texture I?ve never experienced before, the beans were just one burnt glob, the cheese and sour cream sauces with running andthere were 3 mushy tomato chucks in the whole thing. Ordered chicken pot pie, the crust was way over cooked so it dried the inside out. And I never got my cookie with meal. Ordered... a 2 piece chicken combo, fries cold, wing looked like a baby hand. Not worth the money I spent. And the lady was rude and nastythat served me. Read more
Worst thing I ever had was the chicken sandwich. I never had it before but this is the last time. All I can say is that it had... to be one of the most toughest chicken I ever ate, and burnt too. I ordered 2 of the macaroni/chicken bowls .... they were ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! The macaroni was dry and the chicken was tiny... pieces of overcooked bread. I will NOT be getting this again. Read more
Extremely slow. I ordered 3 chicken strips with Cole slaw. The chicken strips were over cooked, clearly old. But to top it all... off I didn't receive any utensils. However, they are generous with the dipping sauces. Read more
This is a KFC Taco Bell combination. This location has declined over the years with a staff that is unprofessional and careless.... On two separate occasions they were unable to tell me what came in a combo meal or in an item. Once, they even closed becausethe employees were in a physical altercation. Ordered a 16 piece dinner for my family with 4 sides. Only received a 12 piece with 3 sides. Now no one is answering the phone.... I will be damned if I pay $60 for food from here again. This is uncalled for and I have a house full of people. And to top itoff gave me no receipt. Read more
