This store holds true to their commercial for providing extremely fast service. They have an express parking spot directly in... the front of the store and I promise you won?t be there no longer than 4 minutes. The staff here is mostly young adults but theyare polite and respectful. There?s limited seating throughout the building but the best seats available are at the front of thestore by the huge window. I recommend getting the #11 add oregano and oil and vinegar and don?t forget the CHOCOLATE COOKIES! Read more

Jimmy John's used to have awesome customer service when I lived down town it was the place to go. I just so happened to stop by... today no hello when I entered, the wait was long, they ran out of ham the order given to me was wrong. To many people are behindthe counter not engaged with customers acting like they don't know what to do or care at all for their job. I was confused. My order was perfect on my screen. When I walk into the location I see 3 young guys joking with each other. I was not greeted... but with barely a hi and until I said what I was there for they didn?t even ask if they could help me. I picked up my order Iselected online and when I got home to bite into it, it was dry with nothing but meat cheese and veggies on it. I have neverseen a sub made this terribly. I took pictures of the part I didn?t bite into. There was no oil & vinegar anywhere on this sub. I ordered the Vito Italian sub & my husband got the turkey sub. I order the Vito all the time from different locations due totraveling from different offices with my job. I have never had this bad of a sub ever from a Jimmy John?s. I am completelydisappointed! My husband took two bites and trashed it. He also did not have any mayonnaise or mustard either. I called thestore and the manager Shawn answered and was very unprofessional. I believe this young man needs better training on how to talkto an upset customer as well as not laughing during the call because you cannot speak correctly over the phone. I understandthat there is a set amount of meat for certain sandwiches and cheese but the lettuce was barely there. I have always seen at aHampton location, & Norfolk location, & even the new Suffolk location has way more lettuce!!! I will never return to thislocation!! This isn't my first time here... it's my second. My friend had bought me the Spicy East Coast Italian and made it himself (he... works there) and I instantly fell in love with the sandwich. But this time I dropped in because I was craving a sandwich I justdidn't know what I wanted. I decided to try their Chicken Ceasar Wrap and it was mind-blowing! It's loaded with ranch-seasonedchicken and fresh veggies and the mini croutons they put in them give them an extra crunch. They literally took the saladversion (which I don't eat) and turned it into a premium wrap! Don't let the name fool you.. there are so many flavors going onin every bite that you won't believe it until you try it and this isn't some typical run of the mill wrap that skimps on flavorand quality! It's actually worth the money! Next time I come here I'm going to try the Thai Chicken Wrap and see if it lives upto the hype. I just can't believe I waited so long to try Jimmy John's (I didn't know they existed to be honest) because theyoutshine Subway a hundred times over!!! Read more
