The worst part of visiting this restaurant is "CAMRIE". She was straight and direct but no customer service orientation in her... presentation. " What would you like " then I pulled up to the drive-thru window and was presented my food. Then after inspectingI found I was missing a food item, CAMRIE stated OH, you must be missing a sausage biscuit or something, I responded, Oh youknew I was missing something! CAMRIE stated " I thought I forgot something " and then giggled like it was okay. Then sent me tothe end of the driveway, where I waited for 15 minutes, until I got out of my car and went inside and my missing item wassitting to the side until I asked for it. Then when I asked her what her name was, she rudely responded CAMRIE! This is one ofthe worst customer service experiences I have had in my life. I called the restaurant 4 times to speak with management. It isNOT only about food, Customer should feel some type of respect as a person! The worst part is to FINALLY get in contact with therestaurant and the manager ANGEL has as much customer service respect for me as CAMRIE.
