I am a regular at this location since it is not too far from my job. I really have never had a problem here and the food has... always been good. Other than the wait to order being long sometimes there were no issues. Today I ordered my usual along with abrownie. The brownie was hard, old and was obviously left up there too long. I ended up just throwing it away. I went up to thecounter to let them know the brownies were not good and I just tossed mine in the trash. Immediately the owner says, "we cannotgive you another one". I replied with "I never asked you for another one. I'm just letting you know your brownies are old andbad". The young lady behind the counter then said thank you for letting us know. The owner obviously didn't care and just lookedat me as if I was trying to get something for free. Instead of addressing the issue, which was your old and hard brownies. Therewas never any attempt by the owner to apologize, offer anything for the inconvenience or to ensure that I returned as acustomer. So, if you're going to look at me that way and not address the actual problem I just will no longer eat there. I was aregular up until today. I will spend my money elsewhere. Read more

The employee was extremely helpful concerning a customers order. The food isn't bad either!

Expensive, but very tasty 10/4/22 Ever since the first time that I come to this establishment after having introduced myself,... the owner/manager has always remember my name. When I come into the establishment he calls me by name. I really like thatsomebody remembers my name. The establishment is always clean. Some busy and sometimes it's not, and no matter whether they arebusy or not they always get my order right. I do recommend this place because of the Care give establishment's cleanliness andmanor. The owner/ manager even remembers my order as I always seem to get the same thing for myself. The brisket. The only timeit ever changes is if I am getting something for somebody else also. The food is excellent the service is actually if I didn'thave to use my thumb for this I give two thumbs up so let me set my phone down... there you go, two thumbs up. Read more

Not a fan of this location. Very little meat and of course no pickle. This is a $9.19 sub...

I could not believe what we were given for 25 bucks! I hadn't been in a firehouse subs for a little while and seen this one and... really wanted what I remembered from them. But after today, I will never enter a firehouse again. The sandwiches were supersmall and the steamer sub, they didn't even put condiments on it! The sodas were also just carbonated water. I wish I could makethis up. The best thing we got was some chips since they cant mess those up, they aren't expired at least. Attaching a photo ofour 25 dollar sandwiches. Read more

I purchased 2 medium tuna subs and there was barely any tuna on them. I may have a spoonful of tuna on each sub and they tried... to place the tomato and cheese over it to hide how little tuna was on the sub. I will NOT be going back. It was definitely notworth $16 for 2 subs. Read more
