I said no cheese, the guy confirmed no cheese. And I, lactose intolerant, got cheese. There was even no one behind us or in the... store. If i could rate 0 stars I would. The first time I went here the coffee tasted HORRENDOUS and my sandwich was BURNT. Figured I'd... give it another try, well the woman at the drive thru ANSWERED HER CELL PHONE mid taking my order and I sat there listening toher cussing out someone on the phone about money. Very very unprofessional and unacceptable. Eventually a guy took over tofinish my order and when I got my stuff my HOT coffee was cold and could tell that they obviously didn't have the pot on awarmer. I worked for dunkin for 4 years back in my HS days and I know how it all works. It was my first, second and LAST timeever going to this dunkin ever again. Read more
