Staff was working hard, and courteous under the circumstances, but they had (now normal for Church's) a limited menu. If you go... to Church's, you know you're going to be waiting for your food, and you get average chicken, but the best fried okra. Theydidn't have okra or many other sides for that matter. My previous franchise experience in another city was exactly same , noregular tea, and out of spicy chicken, but it had okra. I have not had churches chicken in years so tonight we decided to try them for dinner. DO BOT WASTE YOUR TIME EATING HERE. I ordered in the app. They were out or chicken tenders. I asked if there was something they... could replace it with. The manager on duty (she said her name was Monica, somehow I don?t believe that) said she didn?t have myorder and they couldn?t honor a discount because she didn?t have the receipt. I came back in with the email confirmation and shethen changed her story that she couldn?t honor a refund because she had to get it okayed by her manager or DM and claims shecouldn?t get in touch with them. I don't exactly know what it was. I decided to try it anyway. It tasted just likeit smelled and was inedible. The taste of gas fumes or fuel was prominent. I was so disappointed.
