What a joke. Gumbo was nothing but rice and 3 little shrimp and tasted horrible. And $3.79?!?! BS!!!Portion sizes on everything... except the fish was SMALL. Person at register was rude and talked so softly you couldn?t hear her and acted like she hadattitude when she had to repeat herself. Wouldn?t have done any good to complain so just won?t be back. Food was ok , but they forgot my gumbo shrimp and my husband's side and initially our drink to the combo. They were nice about... it, but it cost us more time and gas to go back after our fishing trip. Also wanted to actually eat the gumbo soup on ourfishing trip. Read more
Food was great, fish we're fried just right and the fries were hot, coleslaw was sour tasting, hush puppies were right on point.... My only complaint is I notice a lot of the associates were stand around or sitting, the drive through was packed and so was theinside, they were talking about boyfriends and dates loudly too. If they worked as much as they talked maybe orders would cometo us faster instead of sitting on the ready table. As long as my fish and shrimp are hot and cooked just right, I'll keepcoming back. Excellent customer service. Filled my tea to the top and then after I finished I decided to get some soda but the ice machine... was broken so the guy behind the counter filled the ice for me. He was nice enough to ask did I want it full or halfway. Nice. Read more
We visited on a Sunday around 4:00pm. The lady who took our order was friendly and the order was correct. The restaurant itself... appeared dated with dim lights and a lot of stained ceiling tiles (see picture). The dirtiest portion was the window sills andblinds that were covered in dead insects, dirt, grime, and crumbs (picture included in review). The food itself wasn?t up topar. The chicken was good and the fish was acceptable. However, the fries were soggy and the corn on the cob tasted waterywithout much flavor. The hush puppies were okay, but the macaroni and cheese lacked flavor. With each meal costing $15, I didnot find the food acceptable. Read more
