I paid $12 for a meal and they only gave me like 7 fries, it wasn?t even filled up half way. For someone working minimum wage... has to work a whole hour to be able to afford one meal and they only get 1/4 of the fries they pay for. Read more
Went there twice in last 2 months and both times I was missing part of my order. Didn't have time to go back last time for it... and my order was overdone, could just be a staff shortage but check your order lesson learned. Staff was nice overall. Read more
I went there to pick up a doordash decided to buy something to eat.My order was missing cheese on my burger so I went back, she... asked me did I want them to remake it or just put cheese on it? I asked them to remake it. When I got the burger back it was sohot I could not eat it. All the vegetables on the sandwich was hot, so that means they put it in the microwave. Food is never hot. And they make you pay for an extra syrup for your food that always needs extra. At lunch time and brunch and... dinner time they never have milk shakes. You want a refill a cup of soda the machine that pours out soda for people dinning indoesn't work so you have to buy a refill. And the sodas are expensive. I go here. But I never feel that I get what I pay for.The food on the dollar menus are very very very small. Not worth the money. Read more
All I can say is that if you are going to offer to replace an incorrectly made order, please make sure you get exactly what... needed to be replaced and not demean the employee who was trying to satisfy the customer. The general manager at this locationneeds a lesson on guest recovery. Read more
The coffee is always cold and have to tell them to heat it up. Always got to tell them I want Splenda packets instead of sugar.... Over all, the service could improve with the crew they got employed there. Read more
The worst service I?ve seen yet! If I could have given 0 stars or even negative ones I would.Didn?t get my complete order ... returned not even 10mins later and no one came to the speaker or window the doors was also locked and they still had 45minsbefore they closed. Went the next morning to get a refund the manager stated that I needed the food to get a refund but how if Inever got the food ? will never go there again. Read more
