Must do experience!! Came from out of town for an anniversary getaway and stumbled on this dinner train. We boarded early and... were met with friendly staff and seated promptly. They confirmed our pre selected choices and with in minutes our appetizer theMediterranean grazing board came out, this was such a perfect appetizer, with hummus, bacon jam, bread, olives. Our serverstated on top of us to make sure our drinks were full the entire ride, the pear salad, just amazing. Enjoyed the fact thebrought a palette cleanser before the entree of filet mignon an asparagus which was cooked and presented like a NYC resturant.The dessert was also very tasty and just a perfect size portion. We had an exceptional time on our dinner train ride. Anastasia was a wonderful server. She took great care of us on our... journey. The train ride was smooth and scenic but if you want to catch the sunset, do it before the end of September. We went onSeptember 23 and missed seeing the sunset by about 30 minutes. We did the murder mystery dinner:\n\nBooking/registration: website is kind of sketchy, should be updated\n\nLocation/parking:... great parking, I liked that the train stopped at a spot with a nice view for the main meal\n\nCleanliness: great\n\nFood: betterthan expected, a lot of online reviews had me worried but I enjoyed the meal, pacing of courses was very good\n\nDrinks: veryexpensive but at least the one I got was strong\n\nStaff: the wait staff was great, very efficient and friendly, a notablepositive in the experience\n\nActing/murder mystery experience:\nPros:\n- I like how certain characters were chosen from theaudience and had the opportunity to interact.\n- I liked the distribution of clues.\n- I liked that there was a time to ask theactors questions.\n- The two female actors were good, especially the one that played Mildred.\nCons:\n- More of a suggestion: toinclude a little bit of time for guests to walk around and interact with other guests more.\n- The only real negative of thewhole experience was the male actor who seemed to be running the event; He frantically and awkwardly talked over EVERYONE THEWHOLE TIME, fellow actors and guests alike. He kept spoon feeding people leading questions and then cutting them off and talkingfor them. He was kinda rude and made weak dirty jokes, and to top it all off he wasn\'t in costume. He really detracted from theexperience and to boot, after the fact he came out wearing sweat clothes which felt very unprofessional.\n\nOverall a goodexperience, would probably not necessarily recommend because the male actor was really quite grating but wouldn\'t deter someonefrom booking.
