I'm giving three stars for the employees. But when my drink was wrong they didn't offer to fix it, I come in multiple times a... week. And in order to get a refund I have to go to krogers customer service. I'm not putting complete blame on the girls, but Iasked for a refund so I wasn't leaving unhappy. Unfortunately I did NOT have time to go through a grocery store service desk forhelp refunding my coffee. Also you are all paying the same price for a large coffee as what the smalls are. I payed the sameamount for a small as I do my normal coffee which is why I didn't notice until the end of the line. Read more

Worst Starbucks in existence. It should literally be closed down. Online ordering is down and they never have half the things on... their menu. Once they were out of espresso for 2 weeks! Last time I went there we paid for a bunch of flavors and all the drinkswere completely plain. I could go on and on about how bad this specific location is. The management must be terrible. Do theyeven have a manager? Does anyone know, acknowledge or care about this place? Shut it down! Support the local coffee shopsinstead! They are cheaper anyway and seem to actually care about their customers. Read more

I went this morning before work (7:40 ish) and the woman was cussing about something with the other worker while me and my mom... sat there waiting on our MEDIUM drinks. Once we got our drinks we noticed it was a SMALLand we wasn?t even asked if we wantedthe receipt and I was already running late for work at this point. My moms strawberry akie had little to no akie and the ice wasnot cubed it was shavings. I got a salted Carmel cold brew, it was not mixed at all and had little to no Carmel in it. Theservice was just terrible and I would never refer someone to that Starbucks nor will I ever get a drink from them again. Read more
these girls always deliver the goods! I do feel bad that they seem chronically understaffed, so drinks may take a moment, but... they take their time and make it right. I've only had one transaction there that didn't turn out right, but that was quite awhile ago. they do a great job and ask the right questions. Read more
Arrived at the buisness, located in a busy Kroger, at 5:42 pm, no one was behind the counter. A young lady emptying a display... case was starring at me, I asked her Starbucks was closed. She said "yes" and nothing else. "What time", I asked, "6" she said.I said it's not 6? She said they had closed it already. I looked around, no one else available. After I walked past her leaving I noticed she had a Starbucks apron on. Not a great way to advise customs. Honesty is always the best policy. A nice "We closedearly due to lack of customers", would have made me understand the problem other than irritate me. Read more
This place is way to expensive. It was $22 for 3 small drinks. Tim Hortons is way cheaper and better, 3 drinks is always under... $10. Read more
